FAR Case 2006-032: Small Business Size Rerepresentation Interim Rule Implemented

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, implementing the Small Business Administration's final rule on small business size status reporting, which aims to improve contract accuracy and was published on November 15, 2006.
