FAR Case 2004-017: Small Business Credit for Alaska Native Corporations and Indian Tribes

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, allowing subcontract awards to Alaska Native Corporations and Indian tribes to count towards a contractor's small business and small disadvantaged business goals.
