Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2005-034, Reporting of Purchases from Overseas Sources

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to adopt a final rule implementing the Buy American Act, which requires the reporting of purchases from overseas sources. The final rule, which was published in the Federal Register on September 28, 2006, will be effective after a 60-day review period.
