Federal Acquisition Regulation; Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20; Small Entity Compliance Guide

The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA have jointly issued a Small Entity Compliance Guide to help small businesses comply with the changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) outlined in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-20, which was published in response to the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996.
