Federal Acquisition Regulation Committee to Hold Public Meeting on Cost or Pricing Data Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are hosting a public meeting to discuss proposed changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rule 2005-036, which aims to clarify the definition of cost or pricing data and make the terms more understandable to the general public. The meeting will take place on November 15, 2007, at the General Services Administration Building Auditorium in Washington, D.C.
