FAR Case 2001-004: Exemption of Certain Service Contracts from the Service Contract Act (SCA) Revised

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to revise the SCA exemption and add a new exemption for contracts for specific additional services that meet certain criteria, effective recently.
