Federal Acquisition Regulation to Allow Contractors to Measure Post-Retirement Benefits Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to permit contractors to measure accrued post-retirement benefits costs using either the Internal Revenue Code Section 419 or the Financial Accounting Standard 106 criteria.
