FAR Case 2006-030: EPEAT Mandate for Personal Computer Products
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule requiring the use of the Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) for personal computer purchases, as mandated by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and Executive Order 13423.
