U.S. Trade Representative Requests Public Comments on Beneficiary Countries Under Andean Trade Preference Act

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public input on whether beneficiary countries under the Andean Trade Preference Act are meeting eligibility criteria, as required by law, in preparation for a report to Congress.
