Request for Comments and Notice of Public Hearing on Potential Withdrawal of Tariff Concessions and Increase in Applied Duties in Response to European Union (EU) Enlargement

The United States is seeking public comment on potential withdrawal of tariff concessions and increase in applied duties on EU imports in response to the EU's enlargement process. The Trade Policy Staff Committee will hold a public hearing on April 24, 2007, to discuss the issue.
