USTR Announces Dominican Republic Eligible for Retroactive Duty Treatment Under DR-CAFTA

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination that the Dominican Republic qualifies for retroactive duty treatment under the terms of the DR-CAFTA agreement, following a review of the country's eligibility under the agreement's implementation act.
