Notice of Effective Date for Goods of Mexico for Certain Modifications of the NAFTA Rules of Origin

The U.S. Trade Representative will announce the effective date for modifications to the NAFTA rules of origin for Mexican goods in the Federal Register, which will apply to goods entered or withdrawn from U.S. warehouses on or after that date, following changes published in the Federal Register on March 6, 2007.
