U.S. Trade Representative Announces Determination of Trade Surplus in Sugar and Syrup Goods from Certain Countries

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination on the trade surplus in sugar and syrup goods from Chile, Morocco, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, based on the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.
