U.S. Trade Representative Corrects Procurement Thresholds for Trade Agreements Act of 1979

The Office of the United States Trade Representative has corrected procurement threshold values for several trade agreements, including the U.S.-Australia FTA, U.S.-Bahrain FTA, U.S.-Chile FTA, DR-CAFTA, U.S.-Morocco FTA, and U.S.-Singapore FTA, due to calculation errors, effective January 1, 2008.
