U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Taiwanese Company for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into Topower Computer Industrial, Co., Ltd. of Taiwan, following a complaint filed on December 13, 2006, alleging violations of U.S. Patent No. 6,935,902 related to coupler devices for power supply facilities and products containing these devices.
