U.S. International Trade Commission to Review Final Determination on NAND Flash Memory Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a final determination regarding whether a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 occurred in an investigation into NAND flash memory devices and products containing them.
