U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Decision on High-Brightness Light Emitting Diodes

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 by certain high-brightness light emitting diodes and products containing them, and has also allowed a motion to strike out arguments based on excluded evidence.
