U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Renesas Technology Corp. Patent Infringement Allegations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Renesas Technology Corp., a Japanese electronics company, following a complaint filed on January 29, 2007, alleging patent infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,115,344 and 7,116,128, related to dynamic random access memory devices and products.
