Toshiba Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over DVD Player and Recorder Infringement

Toshiba Corporation of Japan and Toshiba America Consumer Products, L.L.C. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain DVD players and recorders, as well as products containing them, infringe on three U.S. patents and request a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
