NAFTA Rules of Origin Modification Investigation for Canadian and Mexican Textile Goods

The US Trade Representative requested an investigation into the probable effect of modifying NAFTA rules of origin for certain Canadian and Mexican textile goods, including sanitary articles and nonwoven wipes, and chenille fabrics from Canada.
