U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Metrologic Instruments and Metro (Suzhou) Technologies for Laser Bar Code Scanners

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that Metrologic Instruments, Inc. and Metro (Suzhou) Technologies Co., Ltd. have violated Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act, and has terminated the investigation, issuing a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order.
