U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Lucent Technologies, Alcatel Settlement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement between Telecordia Technologies, Inc. and Lucent Technologies, Inc., Alcatel U.S.A., Inc., and Alcatel S.A. regarding the termination of an investigation into telecommunications equipment and components.
