U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Endodontic Instruments
The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Dentsply International Inc. following a complaint filed on June 5, 2007, alleging infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,628,674 and 6,206,695, related to the importation and sale of certain endodontic instruments.
