China Government Policies Impact U.S. Trade in Specific Industries

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) initiated an investigation, No. 332-491, in response to a request from the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means, regarding China's government policies affecting U.S. trade in select sectors, as mandated by the Tariff Act of 1930.
