U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters and Products Containing the Same

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into Pass & Seymour, Inc. of Syracuse, New York, following a complaint filed on August 16, 2007, alleging violations of U.S. Patent law due to the importation and sale of certain ground fault circuit interrupters and products containing the same.
