U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in 3G Mobile Handset Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting Samsung entities' motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in a 3G mobile handset investigation, which has been consolidated with another investigation into 3G WCDMA handsets and components.
