US Commission Investigates Commercial Availability of Denim Fabric in AGOA Countries for Fiscal Year 2009

The US Commission is investigating the availability of denim fabric in sub-Saharan African countries for use in producing apparel under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) during fiscal year 2009, in accordance with section 112(c)(2)(B)(ii) of the act.
