U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates INEOS Fluor for Alleged Patent Infringement on R-134a Coolant

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into INEOS Fluor Limited and INEOS Fluor Americas LLC for allegedly infringing on a U.S. patent related to R-134a coolant, following a complaint filed on November 20, 2007.
