U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Final Determination on Violation of Tariff Act

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a portion of a final initial determination related to a potential violation of the Tariff Act of 1930, following a November 7, 2007, ruling by an administrative law judge.
