USPTO Proposes Changes to Patent Cooperation Treaty Procedures

The US Patent and Trademark Office is proposing to update its rules to align with recent changes to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, allowing applicants to request priority and insert missing parts of international applications, and clarifying procedures for correcting mistakes.
