USPTO Revises Patent Cooperation Treaty Procedures

The United States Patent and Trademark Office is updating its rules to align with changes to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, allowing applicants to restore priority rights and correct mistakes in international applications, while also adjusting the search fee for international filings.
