US Patent and Trademark Office Publishes Revised Patent Cooperation Treaty Procedures

The US Patent and Trademark Office published a final rule in the Federal Register on September 10, 2007, revising the rules of practice to conform to amendments made to the Patent Cooperation Treaty regulations that took effect on April 1, 2007, and correcting errors in the final rule.
