U.S. Department of Labor Closes Comment Period for Proposed Explosives Rule

The U.S. Department of Labor is closing the comment period for its proposed Explosives rule, which was initially set to end on July 12, 2007, and later extended to September 10, 2007. The Department plans to re-propose the rule at a later date to clarify its intent.
