Federal Communications Commission Seeks Comments on Application to Surrender Exemption, Requests Intervention and Protests

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a notice requesting public comments on a company's application to surrender its exemption from licensing requirements, as well as soliciting motions to intervene and protests from interested parties.
