FERC Proposes Rules to Prohibit Energy Market Manipulation

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is proposing new rules to prevent the use of manipulative tactics in the energy market, in line with the Energy Policy Act of 2005, and invites public comment on the proposed regulations.
