FERC Proposes Repeal of Unbundled Gas Sales Service and Blanket Marketing Certificates Regulations

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking public comment on a proposed repeal of its regulations governing blanket certificates for unbundled gas sales services and blanket marketing certificates for persons selling gas at negotiated rates in interstate commerce.
