Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission to OMB for Review; Comment Request

As part of their continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the FDIC and OTS (collectively, the Agencies) hereby give notice that they plan to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for OMB review and approval of revisions to the information collection described below. The Agencies may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.
