Manning Broadcasting Seeks Comments on Proposed Reallotment of Channel 295B for Local Transmission Service in Hagerstown and Myersville, MD

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal by Manning Broadcasting, Inc. to reallot Channel 295B from Hagerstown to Myersville, Maryland, to provide the community's first local transmission service, and to modify the license for Station WARX (FM) to reflect the new community location.
