Auction of Automated Maritime Telecommunications Systems Licenses Scheduled for August 3, 2005, Comment Sought on Reserve Prices or Minimum Opening Bids and Other Procedures for Auction No. 61

The U.S. government plans to auction ten Automated Maritime Telecommunications System (AMTS) licenses on August 3, 2005, and is seeking public comment on reserve prices, minimum opening bids, and other procedures for the auction. The auction, known as Auction No. 61, is scheduled to take place on that date.
