Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991: Preemption of Florida Statutes Provision

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a petition by TSA Stores, Inc. to preempt a Florida Statutes provision affecting interstate telephone calls, as part of implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
