FDIC Adopts Interim Rule on Securities Disclosure for Nonmember Insured Banks

The FDIC is temporarily implementing new rules requiring banks to electronically file reports on beneficial ownership of securities, a change mandated by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
