FCC Seeks Comments on Good Faith Retransmission Consent Bargaining Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on its proposed rules for good faith retransmission consent bargaining, which would apply to both broadcasters and multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs) until 2010, as mandated by the Satellite Home Viewer Extension and Reauthorization Act of 2004 (SHVERA).
