Radio Broadcasting Services; Alturas, Palo Cedro, and Weaverville, CA - Proposed FM Table of Allotments Amendment

The Audio Division of the FCC is seeking public comment on a proposal to amend the FM Table of Allotments for Station KWCA(FM) in California, which would change the community of license from Weaverville to Palo Cedro, upgrade the channel frequency, and add a new local broadcast service in Palo Cedro.
