Radio Broadcasting Services; Fort Lauderdale and Lake Park, Florida - Request for Comments on Petition for Rulemaking

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition filed by Charles Crawford to allot Channel 262A at Lake Park, Florida, as the first local aural broadcast service. The proposed rule change would require the reclassification of Station WHYI-FM, currently operating on Channel 264C, to Channel 264C0, in compliance with the FCC's minimum distance separation requirements.
