Radio Broadcasting Services; Junction, Melvin, and Menard, TX - Audio Division Requests Comments on Channel Allotment

The Audio Division of the Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a petition by Charles Crawford to allocate Channel 242A at Melvin, Texas, as a first local aural service, which would require the substitution of Channel 292A at Menard, Texas, and Channel 224A at Junction, Texas.
