Second Periodic Review of the Commission's Rules and Policies Affecting the Conversion to Digital Television

The Federal Communications Commission has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget to implement new rules for the conversion to digital television, which will take effect on July 1, 2005, as outlined in the Federal Register (69 FR 59500) dated October 4, 2004.
