FCC to Auction Lower 700 MHz Band Licenses on July 20, 2005, and Revise Upload Instructions for FCC Form 175

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is set to auction licenses for the lower 700 MHz band on July 20, 2005, and has also revised the upload instructions for FCC Form 175, which is used to disclose ownership data in the Integrated Spectrum Auction System (ISAS) for Auction No. 60.
