Federal Communications Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Rule Changes for Public Notice Requirements

The FCC is seeking public input on proposed rule changes that would modify the notice requirements for radio and television station buyers and sellers, as well as the newspaper publication exemption for non-commercial educational stations and single-station operations.
