FCC Announces Effective Date for Local Telephone Competition and Broadband Reporting

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has confirmed that the revised information collection requirements for Local Telephone Competition and Broadband Reporting, WC Docket 04-141, went into effect on May 26, 2005, following Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval.
