The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed a petition by Charles Crawford to allocate Channel 251A to Maysville, Oklahoma, and a counterproposal by Katherine Pyeatt to allocate it to Crowell, Oklahoma, due to lack of a 'bona fide expression of interest' from the communities.
